Exchange Policy

We want you to love your jeans!

If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us immediately after receiving your order. Requests should be made as soon as the package is delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• The item must not be damaged or altered.

To request an exchange, contact us with your:

• Order number
• Full name
• The size you received
• The size you would like instead

Once we confirm your exchange request, we'll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: We do not accept exchange requests made several days after delivery. Contacting us immediately upon receiving your order helps us process your exchange as quickly as possible.
